Feature Prioritization Charges
Prioritization charges occur when organizations request new features to be added to bigWebDesk. Many times these features are already in the bigWebDesk development queue. If a feature is already approved for development your bigWebApps sales rep can provide you with a quote to speed up delivery of your requested feature. If you do not need the feature in a specific timeframe you can wait until the feature is released as scheduled and pay nothing. Due to constant changes in the development queues we are unable to give specific delivery dates on upcoming features. If you must have a specific delivery date you will have enter into a prioritization contract. Prioritization quotes are based on many factors including but not limited to the following: overall usefullness of upgrade in respect to other bigWebDesk clients, current position in the development queue, delivery date for the feature (2 weeks vs 3 months), current development load, etc. Prioritization contracts start at $1650.00 USD. If the feature your organization is requesting is not currently in the bigWebDesk development queue you will need a customization contract instead of a prioritization contract. | Call for Quote |
